Broos Film is an independent production company for documentaries, essay films, art installations and music videos. Run by Sara Broos. Founded in 2003. It is also a place for workshops and masterclasses on film, art and philosophy in the countryside in Sweden.

Sara Broos, Swedish director and producer based in Sunne Sweden and Berlin.
She makes author-driven personal films and runs the production company Broos Film.
She has directed and produced short films, video installations and documentaries.
She has received several awards as a filmmaker and her first feature length documentary, For You Naked (2012) received The Dragon Award at Gothenburg Film Festival and Best Nordic Documentary at Nordic Docs in Norway. Her latest film Reflections (2016) a mother daughter relationship has been shown in competition at Gothenburg Film Festival, Tempo Documentary Festival and Krakow Film Festival.
Her films have been produced in co-production with Swedish Television and Region Värmland and with support from The Swedish Film Institute and The Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Screened at festivals like Karlovy Vary, Idfa, Tribeca Film Festival, Krakow Film Festival, Vilnius Film Festival, Kiev Short Film Festival, Planet Doc, Doc Point, Sao Paolo, St Petersburg, etc. She is also head of an advanced level script writing course at Alma Löv Museum.
